You can get the software from Cisco Downloads here : Cisco's vpn software But Remember: You must have a Cisco Login for this Kind of download. the Security Content on the Site is regulated and controlled from more counties than just the "Axis of Evil." (If you can remember back to that timely speech.)
Here are the ways that you can download the VPN software. It is not legal for you to get it without going directly through Cisco.

Contact a Cisco Partner or Reseller in order to purchase a service agreement. Issue with Windows 7 and the Cisco VPN Client Download?? We had many problems at first. BSOD's Blue Scrrens of Death, looping, etc..
There are 2 newer Cisco VPN Clients that worked with a clean install on my Dell laptop and IBM Thinkpad, Windows 7 machine no problem. I have posted the VPN Client version here:(5.0.06.0100) also (5.0.06.0160)
